What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its physical environment and the support provided during the admissions process. However, families should be aware of recurring reports regarding slow response times to call lights and significant friction with the social services department. We recommend conducting a tour during a weekend or evening to observe staffing levels firsthand.

Key Review Excerpts

The facility is clean and modern and very well maintained. But the admissions and marketing director, Tonya Hawkins makes the entire process Of getting your loved one settled in and welcome seamless.

Family member · 2025★★★★★

The noise level at all hours was difficult to live with, but management met this challenge wit a room change to a quieter area. Nursing care overall was excellent with just substitute nurses contracted from an agency creating the largest challenges.

Rehab patient · 2024★★★★

I don't know if it's because they're short staffed? Or they simply are willing to hire anyone(those whom do not enjoy caregiving), the caregiving is incredibly lackluster and to the point of neglect. Unless you're going to be with your loved one continuously please look into other options.
