Key Review Excerpts
“The facility is clean and modern and very well maintained. But the admissions and marketing director, Tonya Hawkins makes the entire process Of getting your loved one settled in and welcome seamless.”
“The noise level at all hours was difficult to live with, but management met this challenge wit a room change to a quieter area. Nursing care overall was excellent with just substitute nurses contracted from an agency creating the largest challenges.”
“I don't know if it's because they're short staffed? Or they simply are willing to hire anyone(those whom do not enjoy caregiving), the caregiving is incredibly lackluster and to the point of neglect. Unless you're going to be with your loved one continuously please look into other options.”
