Key Review Excerpts

It's about 8p on a Saturday and I've been waiting on a bedpan for almost an hour to relieve myself. I can hear personnel laughing and talking down the hall. My hallway alert light has been on for almost an hour, as well!

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

I was told to put my mother here from someone who worked there and I did she was there for about 3 months in that time she only had 2 baths bc they wouldn’t give her a proper bath they would not listen to her needs when she would tell them she didn’t feel right with that being said she was hospitalized twice withen 3 weeks

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff has been excellent in her care. I have seen several patients come in from other facilities with bed sores. My mother is bed ridden and has never had a bed sore. She is clean and well taken care of.
