Key Review Excerpts

Every time I entered Shaker Place , I was greeted by the front desk staff with big smiles and genuine kindness. Nurses and Aides are accessible, responsive and also show kindness to the Residents and family members.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The facility/her room is beautiful, CLEAN, remodeled, and the staff (very thorough, polite…) and other residents are wonderful. I have never heard my Grandma as happy as she is now.

Memory care family member · 2022★★★★★

Pros - Good food. Clean. Friendly staff. Cons - Pretty sure you wouldn't need to worry about abuse at this facility, however neglect does occur. If you place your loved one in this facility, it would be wise to check on their care (e.g. hydration, food consumption, toe and fingernail trimming, bloodwork, etc.) at least every other day.
