Rosewood Rehabilitation Center receives highly polarized feedback, with many patients praising the physical therapy and nursing staff for their dedication and professionalism. However, a significant number of families report serious concerns regarding medication errors, slow response times to call lights, and inconsistent communication from management. Potential families should be aware that while many report excellent recovery experiences, there is a recurring pattern of complaints regarding basic patient safety and administrative responsiveness.

Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT staff were excellent and worked hard to get her motivated and participating in rehab. I would select this facility again if care is needed.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

The nurses are kind and knowledgeable, and they treated me like family. We are thankful for them and all of their hard work.

Rehab patient · 2021☆☆☆☆

I wish nurses would response to beepers when activated. I timed it it take any where from 10 minutes to almost an hour. One incident when my room mate fell off the bed, activate the button it was taking more than 5 minutes.
