What this means for your family

The facility shows a strong upward trend in sentiment, with recent reviews highlighting a beautiful environment and compassionate staff. However, because older reviews contain serious allegations regarding resident falls and management unresponsiveness, you should specifically ask during your tour about their current fall prevention protocols and how they handle family communication.

Key Review Excerpts

This assisted living and memory care facility exceeded our expectations. The staff is attentive, professional, and deeply compassionate.

Memory care family member · 2026★★★★★

She has a total of about 9 falls while living there…the majority of those falls landed her in the hospital. After the hospital she was sent to rehab and then back to vitality court. A few weeks or a month goes by and another fall.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The director of facility does not return phone calls to family about their loved one who is a resident. My loved one was refused a doctor call.
