Key Review Excerpts

The amenities are warm and beautiful with a strong community atmosphere. Robin is exceptional to work with and made my family members feel at home, treating them like family and at peace with this transition.

Long-term resident's family · 2026★★★★★

Even when alerted to changes and a decline in health, they dismissed our concerns. They prefer you to use the facility’s doctor/PA but those providers are rarely on site and even when the matter is even when the matter is urgent, they waited days to see our loved one

Long-term care family member · 2024☆☆☆☆

It is so clean and everyone is so friendly in one room they are playing games. They have several libraries. Robin was so friendly and showed us around.

Prairie Vista Village shows a concerning pattern of recurring electrical system and fire safety deficiencies across multiple surveys, with generator power issues appearing three times and fire protection problems persisting despite corrections. The facility also had repeat issues with accident prevention and food safety. One family filed a complaint about infection control that triggered a federal investigation, though all deficiencies have correction dates indicating the facility addresses problems when identified.
