This report details an investigation into a complaint alleging that the licensee did not serve residents food of good quality. After conducting unannounced visits, staff interviews, and records reviews, the investigation found that the allegations were unsubstantiated. The facility was found to have appropriate procedures and staff training in place.

The inspection was a follow-up complaint investigation conducted on 04/17/2025. The investigation found that the allegation regarding staff not administering medications as prescribed was substantiated. One deficiency was cited related to assisting residents with self-administered medications.

The facility underwent an unannounced Required Annual Inspection. The inspector noted that pathways were clear, required furnishings and supplies were present, and essential safety equipment (like alarms and fire extinguishers) was functional and maintained.
