Key Review Excerpts

My fully functioning grandma went to Otterbein for what was suppose to be 20 days of rehab to gain strength from a UTI then return home. Day 16, she was rushed to the ER unresponsive with an UNTREATED UTI that had turned to sepsis and also developed pneumonia.

Rehab family member · 2021☆☆☆☆

I have been a cottager at Otterbein Franklin for 4 years and am glad I came here. The cottage is perfect to my needs, the yards are mowed, the snow is removed and I have wonderful neighbors.

Independent living resident · 2025★★★★★

While the building itself is aesthetically pleasing, the quality of care and attention to residents’ needs fell far below acceptable standards based on my family’s experience.
