What this means for your family

This facility is highly regarded for its physical therapy and clean environment, making it a strong candidate for short-term recovery. However, families must be vigilant; multiple reviewers have reported significant delays in emergency responses and call-bell responsiveness. We strongly recommend scheduling an unannounced visit and asking specifically about their protocol for escalating medical emergencies to ensure your loved one's safety.

Oasis Rehabilitation and Nursing receives high praise for its clean, welcoming environment, professional therapy teams, and unique amenities like an on-site cafe and bakery. However, there is a recurring pattern of serious complaints regarding understaffing, slow response times to call bells, and concerns about medical oversight during emergencies. Families should weigh the strong rehabilitation outcomes against these significant reports of neglect and communication failures.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

My mother was in this facility for just under a week..transported from the hospital. The experience was not good. From the first day of registering my mom..I did not like the look of this place . The overall nursing staff was not friendly, they were understaffed...theCnas were pretty nice...but other then that...this facility was lacking a lot.

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

My family and I could not be more happy with the care my father has been receiving at the Oasis Rehab. The staff is amazing, the physical therapists are awesome, the facility is clean, and well organized.
