What this means for your family

While the facility has a dedicated rehab team that has helped some patients recover, the frequency of reports regarding neglect and poor hygiene is concerning. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and ask specifically about their protocols for patient hygiene and communication with family members.

Key Review Excerpts

My husband died in that disgusting filthy dump. He was not cared for, not bathed , sores on his heels, days with the same glass of water and food on his tray.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The staff was very friendly and you can tell that they really wanted to help, but they were so overwhelmed due to lack of staffing and poor staffing abilities. The floor in my room was filthy and slimy.

Rehab patient · 2024★★☆☆☆

My sister got rehab here and they did a great job. She was able to progress and walk very well after her surgery while working with the therapy team.
