Key Review Excerpts

Our son was there for several weeks this year and in that short time he got a urinary tract infection, tested positive for MRSA in his tracheostomy tube, was left uncovered for hours after a shower with a body temperature of 92 degrees when we walked

Never in my life would I recommend this horrific place. I could go on and on. Post pics. But the list is incredibly long as to what is wrong with this place.

Well below state avg (9.4)

NeuroRestorative has faced recurring issues across all three recent surveys, particularly with fire safety systems, emergency preparedness, and medication management. The facility has struggled with persistent problems including sprinkler system maintenance, fire alarm testing, emergency planning, and medication error rates. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated violations in critical safety areas suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should carefully consider.
