Key Review Excerpts
“The level of care that my father received was world-class. We had moved him from another city to a memory care unit that was commensurate with his needs. While we were there, I was impressed with the level of care and communication we received.”
“My sister has Parkinson's disease and the medication regimen is incredibly demanding, but MBC has achieved it precisely from day 1, which makes an enormous difference in her experience of life.”
“Medications were missed, lost or mishandled, and despite our repeated concerns, nothing was done. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and leadership was unresponsive—even dismissive—when we raised alarms.”
