Medilodge of Plymouth is a polarizing facility where experiences are sharply divided between those who find the staff warm and attentive and those who report severe neglect. While some families appreciate the small, home-like environment, numerous reviewers cite critical issues including poor hygiene, slow response times to call lights, and inadequate medical care. Key Review Excerpts

My mom was sent there for rehab after a bout of pneumonia. Staff was friendly and nice but place is horrible. Dated, unsafe and the food is disgusting.

Rehab patient's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

The truth about the Medilodge is that the care is substandard at best. There are very few staff members who are kind, patient, concerned for the welfare of residents.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Receptionist was very friendly and pleasant as was my brothers aide. Aide came to the room twice during my visit to checkin to see if my brother needed anything. Facility was clean, no oders like other facilities.
