What this means for your family

While some families report excellent experiences with the rehabilitation team, the recurring reports of medication errors and dismissive nursing staff are significant red flags. We strongly advise families to conduct unannounced visits and specifically monitor the medication administration process if choosing this facility.

Key Review Excerpts

The nurses, aids and other staff did a great job dealing with his health issues. He was especially fond of Shenna an aid the rehab. The whole family loved her.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My relative started in memory care and then to long term care. We recently moved him out of this facility due to the following; forgetting to give medication to over dosing. The techs did nothing for his care and we’re on their personal phones or doing their nails.
