Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★★

I appreciate the way the employees interact with the residents and with each other. Every time I visit my husband I am greeted by name and with sincere interest in how I am doing.

Long-term resident's family · 2023★★★★★

TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HOME!!! Do not send THEM here unless you want them to decompensate on levels. We tried to work with the circumstance, which are tremendous. Open applesauce containers on dirty med carts, filthy bathroom, no guard rails on bed, no water pitchers for individual residents.

Lincoln Crawford Care Center shows recurring fire safety problems with sprinkler systems, fire alarms, and smoke barriers appearing deficient across multiple surveys from 2020 to 2025.
