Key Review Excerpts

My mom is currently at this facility and it’s been a wonderful experience. Everyone is so helpful if I have questions or need anything at all. I love that they do their special events for the residents family members to enjoy together!

Family member · 2024★★★★★

Majestic Care has staff that is willing to jump in and play cards or take walks with the residents, along with taking actual care of their needs. Clean, friendly, peaceful atmosphere - it's what a skilled facility should be!

Family member · 2024★★★★★

I wouldn’t tell anyone about this place. I don’t know what happened but it went down hill. We brought snacks for My Dad and everyone else helped themselves to them. Some of the staff members are rude. They don’t like their jobs.

This facility has persistent safety and care concerns, with accident prevention issues appearing across three separate surveys and families filing complaint reports about inadequate care assistance and safety hazards. The most recurring problems involve accident prevention, daily living assistance, and medication management, though all deficiencies show correction dates. Families should carefully inquire about current safety protocols and staffing improvements given the pattern of repeated violations in critical care areas.
