What this means for your family

While some families praise the long-term staff, the recurring reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and aggressive discharge practices are significant red flags. If you are considering this facility, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit and asking specifically about their discharge planning process and how they handle patient hygiene during weekend shifts.

Liliha Healthcare Center has faced serious ongoing issues, with families filing multiple complaint reports that triggered inspections. The facility struggles most with accident prevention and safety, resident rights protection, and care planning, with safety hazards appearing repeatedly across surveys from 2023 to 2025. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent recurrence of fundamental safety and rights violations suggests systemic problems that families should carefully consider.
