What this means for your family

While many families report a positive experience with the facility's cleanliness and therapy team, there is a concerning pattern of neglect regarding basic patient hygiene and call-light response times. We strongly recommend that you visit during off-hours and speak directly with current residents' families to verify that staffing levels are sufficient for your loved one's specific care needs.

Key Review Excerpts

The night staff was great, but the daytime staff could be so much better. My grandma is suppossed to have total care including being rotated every 2 hours, but we were there for over 8 hours and nobody came in and turned her, not even once. And they almost gave her the wrong meds.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

He has developed severe, devastating bed sores, which are a clear sign of neglect and lack of basic care. Bed sores like this don’t happen overnight—they happen when patients are not being turned, monitored, or properly cared for.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The rehab. staff are great but the nursing has been subpar. He is not checked on at night. He is not aware of his needs and unable to use the call light. When we do push the call light we have to wait for up to 45 mins. before there is a response.
