Key Review Excerpts

Staff are usually gathered together doing nothing while I have in the past 3 weeks, cleaned up accidents in her bathroom, done her laundry myself. She is pretty much on her own.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

Food quality has gone down, the service from caregivers has gone down, the cleanliness has gone down, and the administration only cares about one thing: MONEY!

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

The company advertises fresh food prepared by chefs, multi-course meals and an ever changing menu. In 1 week’s time my mother-in-law has a hotdog, chicken nuggets, jello with canned fruit, French fries, sweet potato fries, grilled cheese, grilled tuna sandwich, tuna sandwich, a turkey wrap, fried breaded shrimp.
