Key Review Excerpts

Sage Harbors memory care section requires you to stay actively involved. You cannot assume everything will be handled. You have to be paying attention and constantly advocating for your loved one's needs.

Memory care family member · 2025★★☆☆☆

The memory care patients are all grouped into a TV room and made to watch 20-30 year old movies and TV shows. There is an activity schedule, but that's just smoke and mirrors. There aren't any activities!

Memory care family member · 2023☆☆☆☆

Alert system (emergency help pendants worn by residents) is a joke - you can push the button and no one responds (I tested on many occasions).
