What this means for your family

This facility has seen a significant increase in positive reviews recently, particularly regarding the friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the building. However, because multiple reviewers have raised serious concerns about the loss of personal property and communication difficulties, we recommend you ask for a clear policy on resident belongings and establish a reliable point of contact for updates before admission.

King Manor Care and Rehabilitation Center receives highly polarized feedback, with many recent reviewers praising the facility's cleanliness, friendly staff, and effective rehabilitation services. However, a subset of reviewers reports serious concerns regarding theft of personal belongings, poor hygiene, and significant communication barriers for families trying to reach residents. Prospective families should weigh the positive reports of attentive care against the recurring, albeit less frequent, allegations of neglect and administrative issues.
