I was so happy to see the transformation in the way my dad Andrew looked and sounded. I am amazed at all that is being done for my dad at 93. He look refreshed, and I would tell others about Imperial.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My mom was admitted to Imperial after a dangerous hospital stay. Shortly after admission my mom got a knot on her forehead. I left the facility at 5pm the day before and returned at 8am to find her with a knot on her forehead. I waited a day approximate time for Imperial to tell me how this happened as I questioned the staff etc. You had no answers about how this happened to my mom or what caused it.

10deficiencies
Above state avg (8.5)

Imperial Care Center shows recurring safety infrastructure problems across both surveys, particularly with fire safety systems, electrical systems, and emergency exit requirements. The facility had blocked corridors and exits in both 2022 and 2024 inspections, indicating persistent safety concerns. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the pattern of repeated building safety violations across multiple areas suggests ongoing maintenance and safety management challenges that families should discuss during visits.
