Key Review Excerpts

My father is going on a year in this facility. He has had so many falls in this place is unbelievable!

Long-term resident's family · 2024☆☆☆☆

This place is unsanitary, there was feces under my grandmothers bed. The toilet for the residents to use is a gray color like it has not been scrub for months, along with feces in it as well.

Long-term resident's family · 2019☆☆☆☆

He was only 66. This facility itself isn’t the Ritz Carlton but it was clean and more importantly the staff was absolutely amazing, everyone from the admin, nurses, activities director, CNAs were all phenomenal and so caring.

Joshua Tree Post Acute has recurring fire safety and resident rights issues, with families filing complaints about abuse reporting and accident prevention. The facility shows persistent problems with fire alarm systems, sprinkler maintenance, and emergency preparedness across multiple surveys. While all deficiencies have correction dates, the repeated safety violations and six family complaints about care quality raise concerns about this facility's management and oversight.
