Key Review Excerpts

My aunt was a patient for 5 years on the 3B unit. All the staff assigned to her care were attentive and caring. I received detailed updates on her status on a regular basis and they were always receptive to my input.

Long-term resident's family · 2016★★★★★

I can say that it was not dirty but the care was horrible, he left with bedsores on his bottom and feet, that I had to bring to their attention. We removed him because he got a black eye, one of the staff hit him in the eye.

Long-term resident's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

My Dad was in this place. It is terrible staff was inattentive and not caring. He waited over 4 hours for someone to go to the restroom. The therapists were not nice. His food was always cold.

This facility has ongoing concerns with recurring fire safety issues, care quality, and accident prevention appearing across multiple surveys, including some problems that prompted family complaints. Fire safety deficiencies (smoke barriers, sprinkler systems, electrical grounding) persist from 2023 through 2025, while care quality issues include problems with daily living assistance and accident hazards that families have reported. Although the facility corrects violations when cited, the pattern of repeated deficiencies in critical safety areas suggests systemic challenges that warrant careful consideration during your visit.
