Key Review Excerpts

The PT and OT teams were EXCELLENT!! However the gym space was not constructed for the number of residents assigned and their confidentiality. Nursing Staff was personal & professional, however the weekend response team was slow.

Family member · 2025★★★☆☆

My mom was at Ignite Medical Resort in Crown Point, IN. Biggest complaint was that she couldn't get help or assistance to go to bathroom or get out of bed. My mom laid soiled for 4 hours before any help arrived after serveral times calling them.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

I am a Nurse, previous Director of Nursing at other companies, I know a good or bad place when I see one! This place is AWESOME! VERY CLEAN AND PERSONALABLE! I have sent many of my residents there as well as my husband.
