Observed a medication administration pass along with the pharmacy review and medication management plan. Reviewed health care oversight, infection control policy, six month practice plan of resident emergencies, fire and health inspection and review of emergency preparedness and response. Observed dietitian review and liability insurance. Additional Comments/Discussion: An exit meeting will be conducted to review the inspection findings.
