What this means for your family

Heritage Pointe offers a beautiful, modern environment and a highly regarded therapy team, making it a strong candidate for rehab. However, because there are serious reports of delayed response times to call lights and medical oversight issues, we strongly recommend that families conduct a thorough tour and ask specifically about the nurse-to-patient ratios and call-light response protocols during night and weekend shifts.
