While the rehabilitation therapy team is frequently praised for their skill, the facility suffers from significant, recurring issues with understaffing and communication. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a plan for frequent, in-person visits to monitor your loved one's care and medication, as responsiveness to concerns appears to be a major weakness.

Key Review Excerpts

Her physical and occupational therapists worked diligently to prepare her for discharge home. From day one she was comfortable and visibly content in her new environment

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

They don’t clean residents everyday. They are understaffed. Patients do not get changed in a timely manner. Residents who are not self fed wait hours to get fed then by the time they do the food is cold. It stinks of urine and feces in the halls.

Family member · 2020☆☆☆☆

She has been subjected to verbal and emotional abuse from the beginning. She has also received threats of physical abuse and her reports fall on deaf ears.
