Questions for Your Tour

  • 1I noticed the community has a very active social calendar; could you walk us through what a typical week of activities looks like for a resident in the nursing care wing?
  • 2We understand that managing medications is a complex process; what specific protocols or double-check systems do you have in place to ensure accuracy and resident safety?
  • 3Dining is such an important part of daily life; how do you gather feedback from residents about the menu, and what steps are you taking to improve the quality and variety of the meals served?
  • 4How does your leadership team foster a positive and supportive culture among the staff to ensure that every resident feels treated with kindness and respect?
  • 5When a family has a concern or a question, what is the most effective way to communicate with management, and how quickly can we expect a follow-up?
  • 6Given the beautiful campus here, how do you encourage residents to stay active and engaged with the outdoor spaces and the broader Loveland Village community?

Key Review Excerpts

My brother has resided in independent living, had 3 stays in rehab after surgeries, and is now in healthcare at Good Samaritan in Loveland. All the staff have been wonderful to work with and he is given tender, loving and very competent care.

Long-term resident's family · 2019★★★★★

My wife spent over two months in rehabilitation at this facility after an auto accident and surgery. She received the best nursing care and super treatment by everyone in the therapy department.

Rehab patient's spouse · 2025★★★★★

The management is the issue. Olga is the most insincere and ineffective person; and unfortunately she is senior management. She would be cordial to you, but literally transfer you to a phone extension of a room with no one in attendance, just to get you off the phone.

Families have filed complaints that led to citations for resident protection failures and accident hazards, with the most recent abuse/neglect complaint occurring in October 2024. This facility shows recurring problems with accident prevention and safety supervision, medication management, and fire safety systems. While most deficiencies appear corrected after being cited, the pattern of complaints and repeated safety violations suggests ongoing supervision concerns that families should investigate during visits.
