Key Review Excerpts
“My mom was in here for a fracture. The PT was good. But the rest of the facility nursing and aids weren’t. She cried because she didn’t understand English well and they yelled at her and she was bruised when we went to get her.”
“My mother in law is a resident there understandably we are aware of staff shortages however her room was filthy we pulled her bed out from against the wall to pick up one of her stuffed animals and there was so much trash and dust under her bed and the heating register it was terrible.”
“The Retreat was amazing for my Mom's recovery from hip surgery. The staff was kind and caring. The facilities immaculate. The care management team and the nursing staff are proactive and problem solvers.”
This facility meets both EveryPlace staffing reference benchmarks. Higher staffing is generally associated with stronger day-to-day care.
Reference benchmarks (0.75 RN and 4.1 total nursing hours per resident/day) are comparison targets, not current federal minimum requirements.
