What this means for your family

While the facility has undergone recent renovations and has a strong rehab therapy team, the reports of inconsistent care and slow response times are concerning. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand and asking management specifically about their protocols for call-light response and hygiene maintenance.

My family member was injured in this place on more than 1 occation. Mind you, this is someone who can not lift their head, cant feed their self, isnt able to do anything for them selves. Many bruises and even stitches.
