What this means for your family

While the facility has a dedicated rehab team and some highly regarded staff, the recurring reports of neglect and poor responsiveness are significant red flags. If you choose this facility, ensure you have a family member present frequently to monitor hygiene and nutritional needs, and clarify the specific staffing ratios for the wing your loved one will occupy.

  • 1I noticed your team is very active in responding to online feedback; how do you use that communication loop to address concerns regarding daily care or resident needs?
  • 2With the current staffing levels, what is your specific protocol for ensuring call lights are answered promptly, especially during evening and weekend shifts?

  • 5What steps are being taken to ensure consistent assistance with daily grooming and hygiene needs for residents who require extra support?
  • 6Since your physical therapy program is highly regarded, how do you integrate those rehabilitation goals into the resident's daily activity schedule?

Key Review Excerpts

The PT team is ready good and know what they're doing. Nursing team is also very good and they managed his medical monitoring and medicine accurately.

Rehab patient's family member · 2025★★★★★

My relative hates it at Enumclaw Health and Rehabilitation Center. He is able to walk and wants to exercise but is not allowed to use the exercise room unless a staff member is available to stay with him, and they are not staffed for that.

Long-term resident's family · 2024★★☆☆☆

My sister waits sometimes hours to get changed and night is the worst the aids have at times yelled at her for turning on her light , she just wants to be cleaned!
