Elevate Care Palos Heights receives polarized feedback, with many visitors praising the facility's cleanliness, modern aesthetic, and the dedication of specific staff members. However, a significant number of families report critical failures in basic care, including long wait times for call lights, hygiene issues like patients left in soiled garments, and poor communication from management. Families should be aware that experiences appear highly inconsistent, with some reporting excellent rehab outcomes while others describe neglectful conditions.

Key Review Excerpts
“The building is beautiful is is clean housekeeping does a great job, but they are grossly understaffed. My mom went there she she didn’t have the the foods that that she wanted didn’t even have a choice for it was just one meal didn’t didn’t even get to choose the meals, the therapy they they they didn’t help with occupational they they, I don’t know it was a bad experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone going there”
“This place is so nice and clean. Staff was very pleasant and attentive. My loved one is very happy there. Everything was perfect on my visit except I asked whom I was told was the administrator of the place (Short, white, stocky) and I was only going to ask him a question about the meals and he was very dismissive and rude towards me and stormed off like I offended him.”
“The rehab facility is remarkably different than the senior living area. The smell alone(in senior living) would have me leaving in a hurry. Rehab side(short stay) is like a hotel. Nicely appointed single rooms with tv, desk, wardrobe, and a large 2 pc. bathroom. Food is questionable at best.”
