Key Review Excerpts

Except for the day she was admitted there, she had very little care, they had no staff to care for her, and I had to move her to bathroom and back to bed, foood was cold and had to get maintenance staff to help me, or kitchen staff because I could never find a nurse to take care of her.

Long-term resident's family · 2022★★☆☆☆

They were rude to my grandmother they tore apart her CPAP they threw her on the bed and they were rude to other residents.

Long-term resident's family · 2018☆☆☆☆

This facility shows concerning recurring safety deficiencies across multiple surveys, with fire safety and dietary services being the primary problem areas. Families have filed complaints resulting in citations for heating safety and resident protection from abuse. While all documented deficiencies show correction dates, the persistent pattern of fire safety violations (sprinkler systems, smoke barriers, alarm systems) and repeated food safety issues suggests ongoing operational challenges that families should discuss during visits.
