What this means for your family

Given the extreme inconsistency in reports regarding patient hygiene and staff professionalism, we strongly recommend conducting an unannounced visit during off-hours to observe the facility firsthand. Pay close attention to the cleanliness of resident rooms and the responsiveness of staff, as these are the primary areas of concern raised by multiple families.

Key Review Excerpts

The nursing and administrative staff are extremely helpful and caring. Clean facility and family oriented

Family member · 2019★★★★★

I visit Paula Dupree on December 16,2015 for more than 3 hours and in the evening @3:57pm and her nursing assistant never came to ask if she needed anything or go to the bathroom. I took her, her peri area was so strong of non cleaningness.

Family member · 2015★★★☆☆

Atrocious nursing staff, they are extremely rude to ems staff bringing their patients back. I can only imagine how they treat their patients.

This facility shows recurring problems in fire safety systems, care planning, and accident prevention across multiple surveys, though all deficiencies have been corrected. The most persistent issues involve fire safety equipment maintenance, developing proper resident care plans, and preventing accidents. Families have filed complaints that triggered additional inspections, resulting in findings related to medication management and care planning. While the facility addresses violations when cited, the pattern of repeated deficiencies in critical safety areas warrants careful consideration during any visit.
