What this means for your family

Cranbury Center is frequently praised for its high-quality rehabilitation therapy team, making it a potential option for short-term recovery. However, families should be extremely cautious regarding long-term care, as multiple reviewers have reported critical issues with call-bell response times, hygiene, and nursing neglect. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels firsthand before making a decision.

Key Review Excerpts

The REHABILITATION TEAM is amazing, Ron and Mike were the primary therapists that made the success.

Rehab patient's family · 2023★★★★★

I've asked on several occasions to speak to the administration and the social worker. Ive even left notes at the front desk requesting that someone please respond to my requests. But no one ever comes to see what my needs are. And it sometimes takes over an hour for someone to answer the call bell!

Long-term resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

I came to visit my loved one and found them isolated and in a crisis. The incompetent D.O.N. refused to call for immediate help, instead she told me to wait until their doctor come in 2 days.
