What this means for your family

This facility's rehabilitation therapy team is highly regarded and often cited as a primary strength. However, families should be aware of consistent reports regarding weekend staffing shortages and should ask management specifically about their contingency plans for ensuring adequate patient oversight during off-hours.

Key Review Excerpts

The staff at Copperridge are caring, hardworking and greatly appreciated by family and friends of loved ones in their care.

Family member · 2023★★★★★

My dad had two stints at Copper Ridge after two hospitalizations for pneumonia. Both times he was treated with respect- nurses, CNAs, kitchen and office staff greeted him by name and worked well with him. The rehab strengthened him.

Long-term resident's family · 2018★★★★

I would definitely give kudos though to their PT and OT. If you are looking for a place for rehab, I would look elsewhere.
