What this means for your family

While recent reviews suggest some improvements in management and facility cleanliness, the facility has a history of serious complaints regarding staff communication and the loss of personal property. I strongly recommend visiting in person to observe staff interactions and asking specifically about their protocols for safeguarding resident belongings and ensuring consistent communication with family members.

Complete Care at the Boulevard receives highly polarized feedback, with recent reviews showing a surge of generic five-star ratings alongside serious allegations from family members. While some visitors praise the facility's cleanliness and specific staff members, others report significant issues regarding unprofessionalism, poor communication, and the loss of residents' personal belongings. Families should be aware of recurring complaints about staff rudeness, poor food quality, and difficulties in reaching loved ones.

Key Review Excerpts

Everything was clean: his room , his gown, his bedding, his adult diaper and his bandage

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★★★

My LO would rather go home and die than to deal with this place. Super unprofessional and they only offer the bare minimal. I spent so much money sending Doordash its ridiculous.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

Do not put your family in here. They do not care about their well being. They act and pretend to care about your love ones and they don't. On several occasions I had purchased clothing for my dad wrote his name in there and he still does not have anything I bought.

32 complaint-triggered
$348,414 in fines

This facility has a concerning pattern of repeated complaints from families, with 30 out of 80 deficiencies triggered by family reports. The three most problematic areas are resident protection from abuse and neglect, accident prevention and safety supervision, and medication management. While all violations show correction dates, the persistent recurrence of abuse/neglect citations (appearing in multiple complaint investigations from 2023-2024) and ongoing safety issues suggest systemic problems that families should carefully investigate before placement.
