What this means for your family

While many families report excellent outcomes from the physical therapy department, there is a recurring pattern of complaints regarding staffing levels and responsiveness during off-hours. We strongly recommend visiting during a weekend or evening shift to observe the floor activity yourself, and asking management specifically how they handle communication when a resident's needs are not being met.

Key Review Excerpts

The only concern I have is that I wish there were more activities for the residents. Sitting for long periods can negatively affect their health, so additional engagement opportunities would be beneficial.

Family member · 2026☆☆☆☆

The ratio of staff to patient is about 1:9. Staff is inattentive and response to patient needs has caused frustration and concern. The social worker never returned my phone calls and even when I asked to see her in person, she didn’t make herself available.

Family member · 2026★★☆☆☆

My Mom is now able to eat food normally, talking, walking with the walker and will be home in the next few weeks.
