Key Review Excerpts

My dad is a resident of Complete Care at Berkshire and he really likes the facility, staff and activities. He looks younger than when he arrived and I feel better knowing he is in good hands and being cared for.

Resident's family · 2024★★★★★

My Husband and I drove 6 hours to see our best friend who is staying in this place. I was so disappointed. Some staff don’t do their job, leaving the patient sitting in his own urine for more than 5 hours.

Friend of resident · 2023☆☆☆☆

Their short term rehab is terrible. My mother was there for 4 weeks and would have died if she stayed there. Her complaints of pain were ignored by the staff and doctor.
