What this means for your family

While the facility has a strong wound care and therapy team, the recurring reports of neglect, poor hygiene, and pest infestations are critical red flags. If you choose to tour, we strongly recommend visiting unannounced and checking the cleanliness of the resident rooms and common areas personally.

Key Review Excerpts

My mom was recently at Cedarwood plaza and it was the most horrible thing we could’ve ever did for my mother fighting cancer. this nursing home neglected my mom. She only had 3 baths her whole state , they never turned her over so she wouldn’t catch bed sores , she was very dehydrated.

Long-term resident's family · 2023☆☆☆☆

I came in with 4 stage 4 sores on my rear end that would not go away a wound care nurse by the name of Jardine was the only nurse who was able to get rid of those sores on his rear end She gave weekly updates and explained every step of the way what we were up against taught us more than one way to heal the sores.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

My mother-in-law and our family had a horrible experience with this facility and the staff. She was there for rehab services and ended up having her family remove her for lack of care and very poor treatment. After being treated at ER she had developed blood clots in both legs while in their care.
