This report details two separate complaint investigations conducted on April 8, 2025. In the first investigation, allegations of overcharging and poor communication were found to be unsubstantiated. In the second investigation, the allegation regarding re-evaluating a care plan without the POA present was found to be unfounded, as this is not a regulatory requirement.
