Key Review Excerpts

The reason I am giving this place a 3 is because of the fact my husband was covered with food 2 hours after eating lunch. He had a scratch from his ear down to his cheek. They didn't treat it or attempted to clean it.

Spouse of resident · 2025★★★☆☆

My brother was at Burlington House for about six weeks. He fell often and broke his hip. He always had bruises and scabs everywhere. The final fall killed him.I did not receive one condolence call after he died.

Sibling of resident · 2024☆☆☆☆

My aunt never has on any of her skin care such as lotion. Which is why her skin is cracking and creating skin tears and such. They don't call to report her falls.

Niece of resident · 2025☆☆☆☆
