“On June 3rd 2022 as I was leaving Birchwood Mall, one of your residents had strolled over to the mall, she was clearly confused and lost she had a walker and moved slowly, I quickly put 2 and 2 together and got her back home but concerned how noone seen her leave and how dangerous it was for her with the mental state she is in, please do better.”
