Key Review Excerpts

The therapy department here is excellent they bring me up and down every day for OT and PT and they really work hard with you to reach your goals. The nurses go above and beyond they are here when ever I need them and the aids are very kind they truly care for the residents here.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

My mom spent 4 weeks here relearning to walk from battling cancer. Besides the physical therapy team which is great, I would not recommend leaving your loved one here unless you plan on being around every single day. The neglect from the aids is astonishing and sad.

Long-term resident's family · 2025★★★☆☆

My grandmother was admitted to this place because she needed pt for a hip replacement, having a dementia diagnosis didn't help matters . She was also a fall risk . Fall prevention was not followed adequately, staffing issues, too many agency staff and major lack of communication between shits.
