What this means for your family

This facility has a strong reputation for physical therapy and active social programming, which can be excellent for short-term recovery. However, the recurring reports of slow response times and hygiene issues are concerning. We strongly recommend visiting during off-hours or weekends to observe staffing levels and cleanliness firsthand before committing.

Key Review Excerpts

The Physical Therapy and Occupational therapy teams were helpful and so kind. They all demonstrated their desire for my comfort and recovery.

Rehab patient · 2025★★★★★

When she would call for help in using the bathroom, it would sometimes take nearly an hour for someone to assist her. The daytime staff was friendly and would apologize for the delay, but the nighttime staff member scolded and reprimanded her for asking for help.

Memory care family member · 2025☆☆☆☆

My father in law presses his call button/light and all they do is come in tell him to give them a minute and turn his light off. This happens everyday to the point where he has gone to the bathroom on himself.
