What this means for your family

This facility's physical and occupational therapy departments are among its greatest strengths and are highly recommended for post-surgical recovery. However, families must be extremely vigilant regarding hygiene and medication schedules, as multiple recent reviews highlight significant failures in basic care and responsiveness to call lights.

Key Review Excerpts

My wife has been here for 4 months, and Beacon Harbor is the best rehab and nursing facility out there. It really, really is. They take absolutely great care of her.

Long-term rehab patient's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

I urge anyone considering this facility to think twice. The care my father-in-law received at Beacon Harbor for rehab following his hospital discharge was less than adequate. Essential medications were missed on multiple occasions, he experienced excessively long wait times for assistance—over 40 minutes after pushing the call button

Rehab patient's family · 2025☆☆☆☆

The therapy team was outstanding as well as the nursing department. I also want to recognize Jennifer Rodriguez (case manager) she was very helpful managing my insurance and went out of her way so that I can focus on my rehab.
