What this means for your family

This facility is an excellent choice for patients focused on intensive physical or occupational therapy, as the rehab team is consistently praised. However, if your loved one requires frequent assistance during the night, you should closely monitor call light response times, as multiple families have reported significant delays during evening hours.

Rehab patient · 2026★★★★★

The facility is very clean; the housekeeping staff does a great job keeping the rooms clean and fresh. I can actually say that the rooms and facility look like the pictures in the flyer.

Rehab patient · 2025☆☆☆☆

My 87 yr old mother had fallen and fractured her femur. We were lucky to get her admitted to Arlington Gardens Rehab. Everyone, from housekeeping to nursing staff and from kitchen to the office staff take really good care of mom and always greet us with a smile.

Arlington Gardens Care Center shows a concerning pattern with 73 deficiencies across 24 surveys, with families filing complaints triggering 45 of these violations. The facility repeatedly struggles with resident rights issues (particularly discharge procedures), medication management, and quality of care standards. While all deficiencies show correction dates, the high volume of complaints and recurring problems in the same care areas suggest ongoing quality concerns that families should carefully investigate.
