Key Review Excerpts

This facility is a nightmare of neglect that has left our family fighting for my grandmother’s life. My grandmother was a resident here from November 7th to January 18th. We were supposed to be bringing her home today; instead, she was rushed to the ER with DKA and Sepsis and is now on a ventilator in the ICU—a direct result of this facility’s negligence.

Long-term resident's family · 2026☆☆☆☆

Brandy, the social worker, is especially outstanding. She is deeply caring, attentive, and very thorough in her work. She takes time to answer questions, explain processes clearly, and make sure families feel supported and informed.

Family member · 2026★★★★★

My sister was in for rehab. Therapy did a wonderful job working with her and her physical limitations. She was able to meet her goals and discharge back home.

Arlington Care Center shows a pattern of recurring deficiencies in safety systems and infection control across multiple surveys, though all violations have been corrected. Fire safety equipment maintenance, electrical systems, and infection prevention programs have been cited repeatedly from 2019 to 2024. One complaint was filed by a family regarding accident prevention. While the facility addresses deficiencies when cited, the recurring nature of safety and infection control issues warrants careful consideration during your visit.
