Key Review Excerpts

The Medical Records group at Woodbine Rehabilitation - George, Yanah and Jennifer - all work as a cohesive team to make sure your request is fulfilled. Whenever I called, they answered my call as well as my many questions.

Family of a discharged resident · Feb 2026★★★★★

My daughter is a resident at Woodbine and I am so appreciative for the excellent care she receives from the nursing staff. They are very kind not only to her, but to us, her family, as well.

Long-term resident's family · May 2026☆☆☆☆

Many times there were staff shortages. Generally speaking, communication with staff was difficult due to shift changes. It was hard to get my mother’s medications fixed. Often it took a long time (greater than 20 mins) to have a nurse or aide to respond.
